How do I make a safe landing?
Slow down before reaching the pad, straighten the rocket and use short bursts of thrust. Keep sideways movement low and watch the landing speed limit at the top of the screen.
How do fuel and cooling pods work?
Green fuel pods add 10 percentage points of fuel, up to 100%. Your remaining fuel carries into the next cave when you progress. In volcanic caves, blue pods reduce ship heat. Avoid flame vents and collect cooling pods before the heat reaches 100%.
Is my progress saved?
Progress and best results are saved on your device. You do not need an account. Saves are not synced by the game between devices. Removing the app may remove your progress, so contact support before reinstalling to troubleshoot.
The game closes unexpectedly or becomes slow.
Close and reopen Cave Drift, restart your device and check for an app update. If it happens again, email support with your device model, software version, cave number and the steps that trigger the issue.
I cannot hear the sound.
Check the game’s sound setting and your device volume. If headphones or a Bluetooth speaker are connected, check where audio is being played.
How do I report a difficult or broken section?
Tell us the cave number, approximate depth and whether the issue involves a wall, flame, pickup, landing pad or controls. A screenshot or short recording helps us locate it.
Where do I get help with a purchase or refund?
Apple handles App Store payments. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem service to review a purchase or request a refund. We cannot access your Apple payment details.
